Return Policy

As we are a small business we ask that you please consider carefully all orders prior to completing your purchase. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 14 days returns will not be accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to us in Brisbane, Australia.

If your return is accepted, we will contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive an item that is faulty we will replace the item for you FREE of charge upon return of the item in its original, unused condition and cover all associated shipping costs. 

Should you receive the wrong item we will exchange the item for you FREE of charge upon return of the item in its original, unused condition and cover all associated shipping costs. *

* Returns for wrong items will not be accepted for items that show signs of use such as stains, odour or pet hair.

Refunds
Refunds may be granted for faulty or damaged items. A damaged item means the product was damaged when you received it.

Any photographs of the faulty or damaged item would be helpful.

Please send us an email at [email protected] and let us know the item you would like to return for a refund along with a description of the issue.

If your return is accepted, we will contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package. 
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on your end also.

Change of mind
If you change your mind we will exchange the item for you for another size (if applicable) or colour provided that:

  1. The item is returned in its original packaging;
  2. The item is undamaged, unused and in its original, new condition;
  3. The item is free from stains, odours, pet hair or any other signs of use or wear.

We do not offer refunds or store credit for change-of-mind returns.

Should you change your mind about your purchased item, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to us in Brisbane, Australia and any cost difference for any upgrade to your item (if applicable) such as sizing etc. 

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Returns will not be accepted for items damaged after purchase through use or neglect or items that show signs of use such as stains, odour or pet hair.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
