Eliminating the constant need to wash pet beds

Petsy Sheet was developed by a Brisbane Mum as a solution to eliminating the constant need to wash pet beds. Having both dogs and cats, the pet hair and odour alone was a nightmare to remove from the beds and drying them afterwards took hours. Purchasing covers was not an option. There were just none out there that fit my pet’s beds and if there were they certainly weren’t waterproof.

Most pet beds are very expensive so it makes sense to protect them. Washing pet beds can ruin them, wasting your money and making them lumpy and uncomfortable for your pet.

Petsy Sheet is a highly durable, reversible and fully waterproof protective cover. With a unique drawstring design, Petsy Sheet is adjustable and will fit pet beds up to 90cm in diameter. The other cool feature of this product is that it can be used out flat as a protector sheet. This is perfect for protecting your lounge, bed, car seats – actually anywhere your pet loves to sleep.

But Petsy Sheet is not only useful for your pet. We use our Petsy Sheets all around the house as picnic mats, play mats and waterproof mats both at swimming venues and also to protect our car seats from water on the way home from swim meets. We use one as a dust cover for our compact treadmill, as a beanbag protector and have a couple in the car at all times for the kids to sit on when we go out if the ground is dirty.

Yes it is! The top and bottom layers are polyurethane laminate and are very durable. However, sharp cat claws will damage the fabric and puppies can of course chew through the fabric. Keep your pet’s claws trimmed and watch your new pup! Damage from sharp claws or chewing will void your warranty.

Petsy Sheet is waterproof on both sides to protect your pet's bed from "accidents" and spills. It will allow liquid to soak into the surface layer but travel no further, protecting the bed or surface underneath. The fabric will feel damp to touch when wet but will not pool or leave a puddle. It was not designed for incontinence or huge amounts of liquid, however, it will always protect whatever you have underneath.

Not at all. Any liquid will be absorbed into the surface fabric and leave the underneath layer and pet bed dry and protected. There will be no dripping or mess to clean from your floor when the wet Petsy Sheet is removed for cleaning.

Absolutely! Petsy Sheets can be popped straight in the washing machine with warm water (I actually wash mine hot shhhh) and can even be put in the dryer on a low setting.

No. Using Fabric Softener will affect the absorbency of the waterproof inner layer thus minimising the effectiveness of your Petsy Sheet.
